Of Passing and Blocking

Of Passing and Blocking captures the essence of roller derby. Fifteen pictures taken at Vienna Roller Derby bouts show the intense interaction between blockers and jammers. They not only catapult you directly into the high energy, full contact sport, but also celebrate this queer-feminist, anti-discriminatory community. They are an invitation to linger in the action. Take your time to delve into these pictures and experience the moment. The booklet consists of three foldable poster and one folder. The poster design pays homage to the CD booklets of the 1990s. The folder is an invitation to your own DIY project. Do not make it perfect, make it yours. A banderole with a roller derby slogan tops it off.
